At 9:00 a.m. on November 27, the first delegation congress of our hospital was held in Yuedao Building 310. Yin Ailinzi, deputy director of the School Work Office and deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of our college, Wu Qi, Zuo Huawei, counselors, and more than 100 delegates from the graduate and undergraduate league branches of the college attended the conference. The conference was hosted by Yin Ailinzi.

In the majestic voice of the national anthem, the conference kicked off. Yin Ailinzi, on behalf of the Fifth Youth League Committee of the College, made a work report entitled "Be vigorous, shoulder the mission, forge ahead bravely, make a new chapter, and contribute youth strength to accelerate the construction of a powerful education country and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation". She summarized the work of the Youth League Committee of the College in the past three years from seven aspects: insisting on theme activities to educate young people, giving play to the power of example to inspire young people, relying on the "Youth Horse Project" to cultivate young people, creating a new position for network media to unite young people, condensing the atmosphere for youth innovation and entrepreneurship, meeting the practical needs of young people in society, and promoting culture to help improve the quality of young people. He also said that the Youth League Committee of the College insisted on the ideological quality training as the core, insisted on establishing the correct concept as the first, and insisted on strengthening the strict management of the Youth League, so as to shoulder the youth mission of the Communist Youth League of the College in the new era.



At the preparatory meeting held before the conference, the report on the preparatory work for the conference, the report on the qualification examination of delegates, the list of the presidium, the list of the secretary-general and deputy secretary-general of the conference, the list of candidates for the members of the Youth League Committee and the agenda of the conference were adopted. The presidium meeting deliberated on the election method (draft) for the conference, as well as the election of the chief voter, the scrutinizer, the vote counter, the vote teller and the list of suggestions.
The election was presided over by Chen Yulin, the chief voter. All the representatives elected a new member of the Youth League Committee by secret ballot. After strict voting and counting, seven comrades, Yin Ailinzi, Cong Jili, Zuo Huawei, Wu Qi, Zhong Zijing, Bai Wenjing and Gao Heyuan, were elected as members of the first committee of the College of Civil Engineering and Surveying and Mapping of Jiangxi University of Technology of the Communist Youth League.



The Assembly also heard and considered the work report of the Youth League Committee of the College, and adopted the resolution on the work report of the Youth League Committee. The meeting ended successfully in the group song.



Subsequently, the first plenary meeting of the first committee of the Communist Youth League of Jiangxi University of Technology School of Civil Engineering and Surveying and Mapping was held, at which Yin Ailinzi was elected as the deputy secretary of the Youth League. Yin Ailinzi said that the members of the Youth League Committee are the members of the League who trust us. She hopes that we can shoulder the mission of the times for the youth and give them the strongest voice of the times.
